  • How are you handling COVID-19?
    Our top priority is the safety of our customers and ourselves. We continue to monitor and follow guidance from Boston and Massachusetts officials regarding COVID-19 guidance. We recommend that you also review the CDC's guidelines for reducing the spread of COVID-19. These include: 🗸 Washing hands frequently and vigorously for 20 seconds to prevent the spread of germs; 🗸 Avoiding touching of the eyes, nose and mouth; 🗸 Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipe; 🗸 Social distancing. We also ask that all customers proactively follow the CDC’s guidelines to reduce the COVID-19 spread during your bookings. 🗸 Stay in a room separate from the one your cleaner is cleaning. This will (1) allow the cleaner to clean thoroughly and without interruption and (2) maintain the 6-foot person-to-person distance currently recommended by the CDC. 🗸 Cancel or reschedule bookings if you feel sick or are concerned about the wellbeing of those living in your home or your cleaner.
  • Which areas do you cover?
    We cover most of Boston neighborhoods (see below) as well as Cambridge, Somerville and Brookline. Boston neighborhoods: Allston, Back Bay, Bay Village, Beacon Hill, Brighton, Charlestown, Chinatown & Leather District, Downtown, East Boston, Fenway Kenmore, Jamaica Plain, Mission Hill, North End, South Boston, South End, West End Boston, Massachusetts Residential Cleaning Service.
  • What are your prices?
    Each home is different and has different needs, so pricing is based on the size of your home and the desired level of service. We meet with our customers before any cleaning to provide ane estimate.
  • How and when do I pay for my cleaning service?
    We accept Cash, Check or Venmo. You can pay us on the day of the appointment. Checks should be made out to: Nina Boston Servics, LLC
  • Do I get a discount if I'm a frequent customer?
    Yes! Our "Classic Clean" Plan is designed as a recurring service and is prices with a discount already.
  • How often should I get my home cleaned?
    Most of our customers differ in their individual needs, so it is difficult to provide specific guidance. Typically, our customers schedule an initial detailed cleaning of their home followed by a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly cleaning appointment. By following this model, you can rest assured that your home is always clean and in top shape.
  • What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?
    If you’re not satisfied with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours & we will come back and re-clean it for free. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds once the cleaners have started.
  • Can I reschedule or cancel my clean?
    Yes! We are fully flexible until the day before the clean. You can reschedule, skip, or cancel any clean by contacting us. If you need to cancel or reschedule a clean after this cut-off time, you will be charged half of the cleaning cost.
  • Do you bring all the necessary cleaning supplies?
    We got you covered! We bring all the required products to give your home a nice shine. If you'd like us to use your equipment or a specific product, please let us know.
  • Can you use green cleaning supplies?
    Absolutely, we provide eco friendly green cleaning supplies. Or if you prefer, we can use yours as well. Just let us know during the scheduling.
  • What is included in your Classic Clean Service?
    Our Classic Clean Service is designed as a recurring service and the list of full services can be viewed here.
  • Do you do laundry?
    Laundry would be considered extra service. Please discuss your needs with us, and we can provide an estimate.
  • Can I request special tasks or extras?
    Absolutely, if you have any specific instructions, feel free to let us know.
  • Do I need to be home the day of the cleaning?
    Some customers prefer scheduling cleaning appointments while they are at work or away for the day, while others like to be at home during the process. This is up to you. If you won't be there, we just need a way to get. We can lock up and/or leave the key wherever you like.
  • How will you enter my home?
    We leave this up to you, whatever you feel most comfortable with. 1. You may give us a key. 2. You can leave a key under the doormat on the day of cleaning. 3. You can leave the door unlocked on the day of cleaning. 4. You can have the building concierge let us in if you live in a full service building.
  • Will I have the same cleaner each visit?
    Yes, as an owner-run and operated business, I am personally at each cleaning visit.
  • Are the cleaners trustworthy?
    Absolutely. As an owner-run and operated Boston based business and all of our additional cleaners are vetted. We would be happy to organize a reference call with one of our many Boston based customers.
